Hey guys! I've become a member on several new-to-me websites in an attempt to spread the message of RECOVERY from all addictions, but focusing mainly on my own experiences with recovery from and eating disorder. Also, I've begun to actively upload videos in YouTube to spread this message and also to discuss other important topics that I have dealt with: ED recovery, Epilepsy and Seizure awarness and first aid, slef-harm, PTSD and trauma recovery, and other topics. He told me a story about how, many years ago, if a sheep strayed from the flock, the shepherd would break one of it's legs. The shepherd would then splint the leg and carry the sheep on his back until the fracture healed.
